Village Creek Landing Amenities

  • 2 covered porches and large decking area with a gazebo

  • Ample parking within the gate and in the parking lot outside of the gate

  • Indoor/outdoor piped audio system with speakers inside, top porch, bottom, porch, parking lot and gazebo

  • Caterers prep kitchen with ice machine, refrigeration, convection oven, and large sinks

  • Upstairs fixed bar with marsh and river views

  • Downstairs rolling bar can be moved anywhere on the property.

  • Options to tent the Riverside deck, the larger deck near the gazebo, and the upper deck..

  • The side yard/parking pad can hold large tents with views of the marsh.

Rules & Regulations

  • Rental period is from 7 am to midnight including set up, event, and breakdown.

  • There is a $400 damage/clean up deposit. $250 of the fee pays for cleaning crew after event. The remaining $150 deposit is refundable within 30 days of the event if there are no damages to the property.

  • The venue does not have an onsite food catering service. Instead, we partner with a list of preferred caterers and ask that you choose from our list. Alcohol must be purchased through Village Creek Landing and poured by our bar staff. BYOB is not allowed at special event venues per Glynn County ordinance.

  • All rented items must be picked up before 10 AM the day after the event. Please do not leave personal decorative items behind. All items must be removed at the end of the event.

  • Amplified music indoors must end at 12 AM.

  • Village Creek Landing does not provide a Day of Coordinator. The venue is happy to recommend coordinators.


Post Event Checklist

  • All sinks drained and cleaned. No food scraps.

  • Remove your refrigerator and freezer items

  • Remove all catering supplies

  • Put away all outside tables and chairs

  • Empty ALL trash, including bathrooms

  • ALL trash and recyclables must be removed from property or deposited in the on-site dumpster

  • Take all personal decor items

  • Walk around the outside deck and parking area and pick up any trash/ sparklers

  • Turn off AC mini splits in downstairs bathrooms (The remote is in the kitchen on the wall to the right of the garage door)

  • Turn the AC upstairs to up to 78 in summer OR heat down to 60 in winter (in closet above hot water heater)

  • Turn off audio switch in closet (the only switch labeled)

  • All lights off (see light switch map)

  • Lock ALL doors (except downstairs bathrooms) AND gate when leaving.
