Village Creek Landing has a creekside Gazebo (ideal for bands and wedding ceremonies), festive lighting, and covered porches with an upstairs balcony and bar. Ocean breezes, marsh, and river views surround the peninsula.

Important considerations

Venue

Located on a private peninsula with the best views on St. Simons Island! During renovations, we chose to keep the decor very simple so that you can create your own vision. White walls, wooden floors and beams, and simple furnishings can be dressed up for an elegant seated dinner or kept casual for a laid back island vibe. Click here to learn more about our amenities.

capacity

Maximum: 250 guests on the property. (Indoor capacity - 70 guests) There is plenty of outside decking for tables and chairs.

Keeping size small ensures excellent support & immaculate conditions

For parties larger than 150, guests have the option of renting tent coverage from Beachview Event Rentals & Design and The Tent Guys SSI.

Select your preferred timing between 7am to 12am

Cleanup & departure complete by 12am

catering & alcohol

We have a list preferred vendors for food catering.

All alcohol must be purchased through Village Creek Landing. BYOB is not an option for Glynn County venues.
